If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.</p> <p> </p> <p>HR Core Operations Senior Associate with German </p> <p> </p> <p>Your Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Execution of all administrative HR activities (Deployment activities: Employee Transfer, Lending, Reorganization and Return from Abroad, contract changes such as extension and delimitation for the German market as well as all onboarding activities for the company Invite GmbH.), taking into account the applicable regulations and agreements, supporting other more junior employees in the team;</li> <li>Creation of employment documents and return control as well as data maintenance in the global HR system while ensuring data quality according to defined standard processes and KPIs</li> <li>Responsibility for maintenance of deployment and reorganizational elements;</li> <li>Cooperation with internal partners, among others a. HR business partners, recruiters and works council;</li> <li>Processing necessary changes in the employee's contracts around employee life cycle in the organization;</li> <li>Employees data management;</li> <li>Obtaining the approval of the employee representatives after consulting the recruiter and HR BP;</li> <li>Handling additional tasks in Core Deployment Team like possible projects, process changes and/or transitions of responsibilities.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p>Who You Are:<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Spoken and written knowledge of German at the C1 or native level;</li> <li>Very good spoken and written English skills (B2);</li> <li>Completed education or comparable qualification;</li> <li>Experience in SSC or HR could be an advantage;</li> <li>Ability to work with documents and data ;</li> <li>Conscientiousness;</li> <li>High level of accuracy;</li> <li>Strong communication and cooperation skills;</li> <li>Enjoy working in a team and a strong team spirit, even when working across teams;</li> <li>Ability to build good relations with recruiters and HRBPs.</li> </ul>     YOUR APPLICATION       <p>Bayer welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
