Senior DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

You work in a dedicated team on innovative solutions in a dynamic, product-oriented environment. In doing so, you take responsibility for a wide range of tasks related to our infrastructure and DevOps processes:<br/><ul><li><strong>Analysis and optimization of networks</strong></li><li><strong>Maintenance and further development of our GitLab environment</strong> (including pipelines, agents, integration with Kubernetes and Jira)</li><li><strong>Operation and expansion of our Kubernetes clusters</strong> (e.g. node setup, troubleshooting, updates, team onboarding, deployments, application testing)</li><li><strong>Automation and infrastructure management using Ansible and Terraform</strong></li><li><strong>Administration of database systems</strong> (installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)</li><li><strong>Setup of ELK / TIG stacks</strong> (installation, configuration, dashboard creation)</li><li><strong>Management of container solutions with Docker</strong> and integration into existing infrastructure</li><li><strong>Logfile analysis and systematic error diagnosis</strong> to ensure stable operations</li><li><strong>Execution of security checks</strong> at both application and infrastructure level</li></ul><ul><li>A degree in Computer Science, a STEM subject, or a comparable qualification through several years of professional experience</li><li>Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:<ul><li><strong>GitLab</strong></li><li><strong>Kubernetes</strong> (at least 3 years of experience)</li><li><strong>Ansible and Terraform</strong></li><li><strong>ELK and TIG stacks</strong></li><li><strong>Docker and container technologies</strong></li></ul></li><li>Several years of experience working with databases and SQL, ideally with:<ul><li><strong>MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, MongoDB</strong></li></ul></li><li>Experience working with <strong>cloud infrastructures</strong></li><li>Excellent analytical skills and a <strong>structured, detail-oriented approach to work</strong></li><li>Enjoyment in <strong>collaborating within a team</strong> and in <strong>jointly developing solutions</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Work-life balance is important to us.
