Your job

As part of a multi-skills Accenture project team that focuses on the “people” side of transformations (Change Management, HR Transformation, ...) you will be:

Supporting the projects we do for our clients

• Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people and technology

• Assisting in the design of to-be processes;

• Assisting in defining the change management strategy and roadmap / planning for the organization

• Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions and change management related activities (communications, training, etc.);

• Documenting business requirements;

Supporting our Talent & Organization community

• Assisting in the development of our Accenture community strategy & initiatives

• Assisting in the activities we organize for our team such as trainings, communications, events, workshops, ...

Within Talent & Organisation, as part of Strategy & Consulting, we specifically focus on the “people” side of the transformation projects we support. This is done both from a business perspective through organizational change management or from an HR perspective through the support of HR transformations programs.

Our research-based advice and situational analyses enable our clients to act with speed and confidence. Whether we're investigating complex issues or identifying new opportunities, our work always comes down to one thing: unlocking value and creating real, tangible impacts.

Your background

• You have a passion to be involved in delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance

• You have a passion to learn more about Talent & Organization topics in large Belgian companies in following industries:  Financial services, Public Services, Utilities, Energy, FMCG, Life Science, etc.  

• You thrive in a diverse working environment comprising employees from all walks of life, cultures, and perspectives

• You’re fluent in English with French and/or Dutch

• You’re holding master’s degree in any educational background and will graduate in 2025/2026

• You’re available for minimum 12-15 weeks during the first or second semester
