Location: Dallas - Fort Worth
Compensation: 85K To 149K
Additional Earnings: May include discretionary bonus
Travel: Regular travel required (15-20%)

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager Level 3, you will lead complex projects, balancing scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. This role requires advanced leadership and technical expertise and includes mentoring junior level PMs. You will drive innovation, maintain client satisfaction, and act as a key player in achieving strategic project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
· Lead large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
· Develop and execute detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
2. Team Leadership
· Mentor and provide guidance to PM1 and PM2 team members.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
3. Documentation and Reporting
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to senior leadership.
· Maintain compliance with all documentation standards and methodologies.
4. Safety and Compliance
· Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company-specific safety standards.
· Identify and implement strategies for risk mitigation and safety improvements.
5. Risk Management
· Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
6. Customer Relations
· Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Serve as a key liaison for high-level client communication and issue resolution.
7. Problem Solving
· Address and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.
8. Team Collaboration
· Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
9. Additional Duties:
· Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Attributes):
· 4-6 years of experience managing high-stakes electrical projects.
· Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as Microsoft Office.
· Demonstrated expertise in estimating and quoting.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
