Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in managing outsourced development teams.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency, experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements.
• Proficiency, experience in writing project documentation.
• Proficiency experience of using trackers JIRA, Trello, and Redmine.
• Business thinking.
• Experience in developing practices and guidelines.
• English - advanced.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background.
• Account management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Planning the development of entire projects and individual functionalities.
• Resource planning for projects.
• Estimation of projects for new customers.
• Communication with customer representatives.
• Customer expectations management.
• Risk and change management.
• Interesting and non-standard projects from Germany, the USA, Africa, and even New Zealand.
