About the role
Working at Atlassian
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or from an office (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
The Trust Foundation team at Atlassian empowers Atlassians to build products trusted by our biggest customers. We own tools and features that increase the trust enterprises have across our Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and more. As Atlassian and its customers move to the cloud, it’s important that they can understand the new features and changes we are delivering. The Trusted Change team, part of Trust Foundation, is building capabilities to improve how features are released and communicated to our customers and giving them more control as they roll it out in their environment. This is a critical role and product for Atlassian to meet its cloud goals.
As a Principal Product Manager for Trusted Change, you will lead and define the strategy for how developers at Atlassian build and release features while making our customers aware and preparing them for the changes. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop your roadmap and solutions that our customers will love. This role requires building deep empathy across all customers from the teams at Atlassian that ship new features down to admins and the end users that they will impact.
You will identify new business opportunities for Atlassian with the Trusted Change product. You will seek to learn and understand if there is a market to productize our features that are used by millions of our users.
Our perks & benefits
To support you at work and play, our perks and benefits include ample time off, an annual education budget, paid volunteer days, and so much more.
