Rate of Pay: $165,485.00 to $187,800.00 per Year

Duties: Establish and execute strategic direction for operations and maintain teams in alignment with client goals for their systems and processes; review and analyze project specifications, including mechanical plans; provide technical and engineering guidance through the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of projects; apply engineering knowledge and concepts to inspect buildings routinely to ensure that building systems and equipment services are at the highest level of quality standards; monitor and review preventive maintenance programs; ensure all client and JLL safety procedures are followed; develop training programs to increase teams technical capabilities by sharing technical and engineering guidance; coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner which protects, maintains, and improves the value of the clients assets; utilize engineering data to develop trends and insights that will drive continuous improvement in the site performance; transform existing operational practices to leverage JLL tools, processes, relationships, best practices to ensure service delivery is high efficient and effective; and oversee portfolio of large-scale maintenance projects. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a facilities-related occupation.

• Managing teams including managers, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations;
• HVAC;
• Facilities engineering;
• Building management systems;
• Maintenance and reliability;
• Root cause analysis;
• Risk assessment;
• Project management;
• Lab infrastructure management;
• Engineering design review;
• Commissioning; and
• Process and continuous improvement
