Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced CT Technologist for our Radiology Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a CT Technologist, you will:
• Perform CT examinations in accordance with the protocols established by the radiologists. Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT-scanner and all ancillary equipment within CT department
• Assist radiologist and other staff in interventional procedures.
• Understand principles and dangers involved in the administration of oral and intravenous contrast. Identifies contraindications to IV contrast administration and recognizes symptoms of IV contrast reactions

Qualified candidates will posses:
• High school or GED
• Graduate of a two-year AMA / JCERT Accredited School of Radiography
• ARRT registered (RT)
• ARRT Advanced Certification Exam in CT preferred.
• State of Maryland Medical Radiation Technologist Licensure
• One year CT experience preferred
• Venous Access Competency
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to handle a multi task environment and work independently
• PC skills such as Windows NT

Work Schedule:

Every Saturday & Sunday 7p-7:30a plus an additional 12-hour shift during the week

This role is benefits eligible and we will consider candidates with Nuclear Medicine experience!

Pay Range:

$37.17 - $55.76

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Non-Exempt)
