Everstream Analytics is looking for a VP, People & Culture to join the executive team. This position has high accountability and reports directly to the CEO. As a member of the leadership team, you will join others that elevate, empowers and inspires the organization by embodying the core values and delivering our mission. 

POSITION OVERVIEW

As our VP, People & Culture you will collaborate with all levels within the organization to develop and implement Global HR strategies and programs for the US, Europe, the UK and Asia. You’ll apply your skills and abilities as a connection-focused leader to understand the unique nature of a venture backed technology company and the needs of a Globally dispersed organization.  This role will be key to ensure business continuity through the People strategy.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Culture is of utmost importance.  We work hard and we like to have fun!  This leader will be the stimulator and steward of culture. They will work with leaders to turn culture vision into tangible actions and artifacts. They will connect the dots between the beliefs and behaviors that reflect culture and how it manifests through people.
  • Company growth requires that we recruit and onboard effectively and efficiently while maintaining the best in quality.  This leader will partner with our Head of Global Talent Acquisition to guide the direction of the interview and selection processes, tools and metrics.
  • Employee engagement and development is a significant factor in everyday operations and an important part of our culture.  This leader will create and measure the programs and processes to ensure our employees feel like they are contributing to their full potential and have opportunities for career growth.
  • Success can only be achieved if all employees are performing their best work.  This leader will drive the direction of the performance management programs and process. 
  • Measuring success in all things we do is essential to staying on the right path.  This leader will establish, monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness, and make the required changes should a directional shift be needed.
  • Organizational Design. As the company evolves, so to will the organizational structure.  This leader will partner with the executive team to help them design and build organizational team structures that will scale as the business grows.
  • Managing Change. In a high growth business, change is constant.  This leader will support organizational change by helping leaders plan, implement and communicate changes in a clear and empathetic way that keeps team members engaged and motivated. 
  • Developing our people leaders. This leader will play a key role in equipping our people leaders to manage and motivate their teams.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Experience leading and scaling a People or HR function in a high growth or start-up business.
  • Experience building company culture in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience managing a team of geographically dispersed team members.
  • High level of communication and influencing skills, coupled with the ability to form relationships, drive execution of organizational priorities
