💼 Your Responsibilities:
🔍 Evaluate the current skills and growth areas of the VIP team
📚 Design and implement a structured training system (modules, workshops, individual coaching)
🎯 Boost confidence and performance when working with Platinum-level clients
🧠 Develop scripts, guides, and best practices for soft- and power-communication
🧩 Set communication standards and help shape a high-class customer journey
🎙️ Deliver impactful training sessions and real-time case reviews
🤝 Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to each team member

📌 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of experience as a business trainer/coach, ideally in sales, service, VIP, or HNW segments
✔️ Proven success in building training programs from scratch
✔️ Deep expertise in communication, client service excellence, influence, and emotional intelligence
✔️ Skilled in both online and offline training delivery
✔️ Strong presence, structure, and credibility in every interaction
🎓 Bonus: background in iGaming, digital services, or luxury segments; coaching certifications

🛠️ Tech & Soft Skills:
