Management Information Service (MIS) Support Specialist– Senior  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Build, maintain and sustain back office tools and application services to support mission needs.

· Create, publish, support implementation, utilize and enforce a MIS Support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that outlines  policies and procedures for MIS development, operations and maintenance.

· Provide MIS application support services to include:

o Requirements Management;

o User and Stakeholder reviews;

o Evaluation and document of current application development and design;

o Integration of applications with database tables;

o Database administration;

o Evaluation and analysis of existing database structures;

o Customer Surveys;

o Server and database directory services;

o Develop and publish code (HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, etc.) to enable user interface and access to back-end SharePoint tools and services;

o Develop end-user tools and services utilizing enterprise SharePoint services;

o System diagnostics; and

o Proactive maintenance.

· Recommend IT applications architecture and assist in the development of Information Technology (IT) applications roadmaps to support mission and business functions.

· Capture, evaluate and document application development and enhancement requirements.

· Support existing Cloud Tools and Services such as “Platform as a Service”

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Engineering, Math, Scientific or related field

· 3+ Years JavaScript Development

· 3+ years SQL

· 3+ Years PHP Programming

· 3+ Years REST API

· 3+ Years Linux

· 1+ Years Jira

· Security+ Certification

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience working at NRO or in the Intelligence Community

· Experience Collecting User Requirements

· Database Encryption Techniques

· Knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Workflows

· Experience Working in a DevOps Environment

· Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Integration Support

Security Clearance Requirements:

· TS/SCI w/Poly

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to perform routine office work sitting at a desk and using basic office equipment.

· Work will be performed in Chantilly, VA
