Job Description

• Develop and implement robust estimation methodologies to predict project timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks
• Conduct thorough analysis of historical project data, industry benchmarks, and best practices to inform and improve estimation accuracy
• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to validate and refine project estimates throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges associated with project estimates, offering proactive solutions to mitigate these risks
• Continuously monitor project progress and update estimates based on evolving project dynamics and changing requirements
• Contribute to the development and improvement of estimation tools and processes, ensuring continuous enhancement of the organization's capabilities
• Build a bridge between the client and the development team
• Requirement analysis and management
• Defining product backlog and specifying user stories
• Gap analysis
• Understanding the business goals
• Discovering and mapping end-to-end process flows
• Be responsible for meeting business goals
• Lead the backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning, demo, and retrospective sessions
• Supporting the testing process by providing guidance to the QA colleagues
• Build a good working relationship with clients
• Foster agile and lean best practices with a continuous development mindset

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Fluent English knowledge
• Working successfully with development teams to deliver custom-designed software
• Ability to learn new business domains quickly and efficiently
• Ability to discover if there are conflicts and/or gaps in the requirements
•  Ability to set priorities of backlog items considering the technical dependencies and business benefits
• Modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
• Working with issue management tools such as Jira, Redmine and VersionOne
• Experience in cooperation with international and domestic clients
