What is this role? 

As a Lead Operator at Cirkul, you will manage a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities include resolving operational issues and implementing improvements. 

 

What does an average day look like? 

Driving Results: Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Taking Ownership: Address and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively. 

Making Decisions: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

Cultivating Relationships: Build strong relationships with leadership, and operators, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Instilling Trust: Provide clear and consistent communication to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with operational goals.

Customer Focus: Ensure the operations align with customer expectations and quality standards. 

 

What background should you have? 

• Experience in packaging operations or manufacturing. 
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, machinery and technologies. 
• Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to make data driven decisions. 
• Experience in managing a project or leading a team. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Familiarity with packaging softwares and tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
