Solaris is headquartered in Berlin and employs 300 people in Europe.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation and Project Manager to work directly with the Chief of Staff and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects within our financial services portfolio. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with German and European financial regulations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive transformation across the organization.</p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to closure, encompassing digital transformation, regulatory compliance, or operational efficiency.</li> <li class="li1">Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, department heads, and external vendors. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and KPIs.</li> <li class="li1">Ensure all project deliverables comply with relevant financial industry regulations and standards (e.g., BaFin requirements, MaRisk, DORA, GDPR, ECB guidelines).</li> <li class="li1">Allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams. Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.</li> <li class="li1">Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop robust contingency plans to ensure seamless project execution.</li> <li class="li1">Champion best practices in project management.
