Stock Plan Administrator
The Stock Plan Administrator will have responsibility for the daily administration and operation of the Qorvo global stock incentive plans (RSU / PSU / ESPP), as well as monitoring and reporting on all areas of equity award administration. This position is an individual contributor and reports to our Assistant Treasurer. You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, SEC Reporting, Accounting, Legal and HR teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock administration function, including improving and automating processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of data, equity grants, and releases.
- Calculation of share-based compensation expense (ASC 718).
- Manage relationships with our stock plan platform, transfer agent and tax consultant.
- Work with global payroll teams to ensure appropriate tax withholding.
- Reporting of equity-based transactions to tax authorities (China SAFE, Vietnam, Malaysia, UK, etc.), and preparation of year-end tax statements.
- Executive Form 4 filings, 10b5-1 plans, and blackout window management.
- Perform timely reconciliations of data on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Direct the company's transfer agent in matters related to stock programs.
- Prepare SEC required tables / reporting for Q, K and proxy.
- Conduct benchmarking activities and drive application of best practices.
- Work with internal & external auditors to satisfy compliance with SOX and audits.
- Develop and implement training material and tools to educate employees.
- Point of contact for inquiries and requests regarding equity programs and transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of equity-related materials for management.
- Compile equity utilization projections and supporting analysis.
- Support the HR Compensation Team on various projects, reports and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in public company international equity administration
- Fidelity Netbenefits SPS experience
- CEP / ECA designation preferred
