Job Description:

Location: Pecan Grove located in Bolivar, Tennessee

Part time- 25 hours a week

What You’ll Do:

·     Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs

·     Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting)

·     Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections

·     Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round

·     Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled

·     Support vendors and service teams during on-site work

·     Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

·     High school diploma or equivalent

·     1–2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience

·     Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

·     Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·     Basic computer/tablet skills

·     Valid driver’s license
