Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with product innovations and industry trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis and feedback for product development. 
• Collaborate with design teams on prototypes and POCs.
• Understand and communicate API and data integration requirements.
• Write Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals to support solution implementation and customer engagement.
• This role requires 25-50% travel

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-sales, or Lead Product Management. 
• Strong background in ERP or SaaS solutions for Supply Chain, Inventory, or Logistics. 
• Experience engaging with mid-market to enterprise car dealerships. 
• Pre-sales & Demo Experience: Ability to present solutions and conduct compelling demos. 
• Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive alignment across OEMs and dealerships. 
• Project Management & Execution: Hands-on experience in defining and driving execution strategies. 
• OEM & Dealer Integrations: Experience with dealership software and third-party integrations. 
• Automotive Fixed Operations Knowledge: Understanding of parts logistics, inventory, and supply chain challenges. 

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with dealership operations (not mandatory). 
• Experience with OEM websites (Tier 1 - Tier 3) and integrations. 
• Understanding of Digital Retail, Online Chat, F&I, Desking, CRM.
