Service Delivery Center — Dynamics Solutions Manager

Ernst & Young LLP (EY) is the only professional services firm with a separate business unit (FSO) dedicated to the financial services marketplace. Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers that are made up of high-performing US-based resources who work closely with our experienced client-serving professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our US-based financial services clients. As a member of the Dynamics Solutions Delivery Team you will collaborate on challenging projects that enable you to have a real economic impact for our clients and communities — and your career. Our integrated, issues-based approach to service delivery means your work will span all types of clients dealing with complex issues across a wide range of industries. As part of this team, you’ll join talented individuals who have deep industry, product and client knowledge.

We focus on two distinct areas:

• We help clients develop strategies to drive transformational change. We provide strategy through execution. We help define business strategy for our clients and bring those strategies to life, realizing actual value to achieve new levels of business performance.
• We help clients improve their business processes to drive business outcomes. We help finance functions keep pace with evolving business priorities; sales and marketing teams attract and retain valuable customer relationships; internal audit functions become more relevant to the business; and supply chains deliver lower costs, more revenue and better shareholder value. We help design and implement the technologies that drive business performance. We help our clients make sense of all of the existing and emerging technologies available and enable them to use it to their advantage.

The opportunity:

As a Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Dynamics Solutions project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Dynamics Solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

 

During your introductory training we’ll help you to develop your Dynamics Solution technical and soft business skills to support your career, so you can learn emerging technology and be empowered to jump right in. You’re likely to balance your time among different Dynamics solutions and other immersive technologies such as azure, robotics, machine learning and blockchain.  It’s all about interpreting business and technical requirements, enabling leading practices as well as executing delivery activities across the client’s organization. As part of that, you’ll need to be a logical thinker and have an active passion for learning and being challenged.

Your key responsibilities:

• Participate in all delivery phases of Dynamics Solution deployments
• Work on Dynamics CRM configurations and customizations
• Work on Dynamics CRM integrations and data migrations
• Work in agile and sure step methodologies
