You will be responsible for performing research, conducting assessments, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements to the corporate endpoint systems and endpoint infrastructure environments. You will maintain, administer, and troubleshoot high level endpoint issues related to (but not limited to) endpoint technologies, network, endpoint systems, endpoint backups and MS Office suite on a day-to-day basis. Provides technical consultation to support staff and to business stakeholders on their initiatives.
