Your key responsibilities
- Define and maintain company employer branding strategy (internal & external), including employer brand ownership and reputation management, EVP development, activation, review and maximized ROI.
- Enabling Talent Acquisition by aligning employer branding efforts with recruitment strategies, leading Recruitment Marketing and Communications sub-streams in shaping & landing the new TA operating model; and ensuring that the EVP and employer brand messaging attract and retain top talent
- Manage and optimize global employer brand presence (including career site, social media platforms, job boards, review sites, digital asset management systems etc.) and key partners to optimize talent attraction and engagement (internal & external) and allow regions to move fast and competitively.
- Coordinate major global employer branding campaigns (internal & external) in alignment with business priorities, regional needs, communications & brand, culture, DE&I and rest of HR teams.
- Own the end-to-end process of the employer brand assets
- Activate the role of Talent Marketing in contributing to the success of Culture and DE&I agenda
- Influence and equip identified employer ambassadors to optimize engagement with targeted audiences
- Represent Employer Brand in the company Brand Council

You bring
- 12+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, experience in working in large global matrix organizations with diverse workforce, experience in managing various and senior stakeholder fields
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful employer branding strategies, including EVP development, digital marketing, and talent attraction initiatives
- High level of familiarity with social media tools and trends and strong IT Affinity
- Fluent or native in English, any other language is a plus
