Role Overview

As the Business Unit Head – ComplyScore, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, product innovation, and market expansion of the ComplyScore platform. You will oversee P&L management, sales and marketing initiatives, product development, and customer success to establish ComplyScore as the premier solution for cybersecurity and risk management globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Define and execute the business strategy, aligning with Atlas Systems’ overall vision.
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and expansion into new markets.
• Own P&L responsibility, ensuring financial and operational success of the business unit.
• Establish strategic alliances with key industry players, including regulatory bodies, consulting firms, and technology partners.

Sales & Market Expansion

• Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team to drive market penetration.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in enterprise risk, compliance, and cybersecurity.
• Expand ComplyScore’s footprint in key global markets, with a strong focus on India and the US.

Product & Technology Innovation

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product roadmap and innovation.
• Ensure ComplyScore stays ahead of industry trends in AI, cybersecurity, and compliance automation.
• Partner with customers to understand evolving risk and compliance needs, ensuring product-market fit.

Customer Success & Operational Excellence

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure seamless service delivery, driving operational excellence across the business unit.
• Implement best-in-class customer support and risk advisory services.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance solutions.
• Proven track record in scaling a business unit, driving sales, and managing P&L.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
• Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global market expansion, particularly in India and the US.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
