This role sits within Advertising Revenue Operations and partners closely with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance to ensure tools, workflows, and data structures are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management for new workflows, system enhancements, and ad product launches
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable workflows across CRM, OMS, ad-serving, and productivity platforms
- Serve as the operational liaison across Advertising, Product & Technology, and Finance to align system capabilities and roadmap priorities
- Design, build, and maintain productivity tools and automations; act as system administrator for assigned platforms
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent adoption
- Provide subject matter expertise on CRM, OMS, and workflow tools, including best practices and data hygiene
- Identify operational risks and scalability gaps and recommend system-based solutions
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, revenue operations, or ad technology within a publisher, media company, or ad tech organization
- Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns within a media sales environment, including familiarity with the pitch-to-pay lifecycle
- Knowledge of ad operations workflows, trafficking, and campaign measurement
- Experience building workflows and automations in productivity tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion)
- Familiarity with CRM and OMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AdPoint)
- Strong process design, workflow automation, and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured operational and technical solutions
- Effective project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in the office

The base salary for this role is between $101,000 - $122,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
