Position Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance work, performing inspections, and maintaining janitorial inventory levels to ensure efficient operation of the Facilities Department.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Receives, manages and processes work order requests for all sites.

• Drafts and maintains preventative maintenance and repair schedules.

• Maintain facilities and janitorial inventory levels, and re-order as needed.

• Coordinates and schedules outside contractors needed for specialized repairs and services.

• Assists with the coordination and execution of on-site and off-site events.

• Performs facility inspections to ensure appearance of a world class facility.

• Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

• This position has food Safety Responsibilities.

• Other responsibilities, as necessary.
