As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping our global brand, driving growth, and creating transformative marketing strategies that align with ASEA's mission and values.

Base Salary: 175,000 - 225,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Global Brand Strategy: Oversee ASEA's global brand and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms while elevating our identity worldwide.
• Innovate Marketing Systems: Transform ASEA's marketing into a conversion-driven system using sales funnel and e-commerce principles to empower associates in attracting and retaining customers.
• Enhance User Experience (UX): Collaborate with IT to revolutionize the associate experience, ensuring seamless and intuitive tools that drive engagement and success.
• Manage Multifaceted Marketing Functions: Oversee product marketing, communications, video and graphic design, social media, and other essential marketing operations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with sales, business development, R&D, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Drive Product Innovation: Work with R&D to ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in all aspects of marketing, with a strong track record of leading and executing successful strategies.
• Deep experience in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or direct selling environments.
• Visionary leadership with a forward-thinking approach to marketing transformation and performance-driven strategies.
