Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists as a full stack developer to build end to end solutions for managing the automated intake, processing, storage, presentation, & analysis scientific data to aid in pharmaceutical process development.
• Develop interactive & standardized visualizations & analyses to aid scientists to iterate faster in pharmaceutical process development.
• Work with scientific staff to harmonize data structure &  ontologies to enable machine learning solution.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field & 4 years of experience in coding, data analysis, & visualization.

Of experience required, must have 4 years:

1. working on full stack development with the following Python frameworks, Bash, Java, SQL, HTML/CSS;
2. building SQL SSIS packages, procedures, & functions;
3. working in a matrixed organization directly with clients developing & deploying automated analyses, visualizations, reports; &
4. working in agile product development and delivery.

Of experience required, must have 2 years of experience Integrating web applications via APIs, & of experience required, must have 1 year:

1. designing interactive visualizations using Spotfire &/or Tableau;
2. utilizing tools enabling CI/CD including  git, docker, jenkins;
3. managing Pharma or Healthcare data;
4. deploying web apps;
5. performing RP automation using UIPath, BluePrism; &
6. applying data modeling for star schema development.<
