Program Analyst (Special Assistant)

NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess program effectiveness and efficiency; utilizing continuous process improvement strategies; and providing advice and guidance on policy, planning, operations, or projects related to environmental programs, enforcement and compliance, tribal or international affairs, land and emergency response, human resources, and/or finance. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Oral Communication Political Savvy Critical Thinking Written Communication* Teamwork Problem Solving* Strategic Thinking Planning and Evaluating Program/Project Management/Evaluation* *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
