Operations Processes Automation & Business Analysis Director

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing a transformation strategy for the operational model of NN Group insurance companies, with a focus on process automation and simplification.
• Responsibility for the reporting system of post-sales areas. Monitoring performance, reporting progress, and recommending business actions.
• Managing a team of Product Owners, analysts, and the business analytics team.
• Acting as Chief Product Owner for product teams within an agile structure.
• Collaborating with IT on the development and optimization of systems, applications, and automation using RPA, Power Apps, AI; data migration to cloud solutions; and implementation of modern technologies.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the adoption of digital solutions.
