Job Summary
Provide administration support for the DCM functions
Key Responsibilities
Processes
• Organises administrative aspects of team travel, including visa applications, access requests, and car bookings
• Supports Roadshow and related administrative tasks, including book binding and delivery
• Coordinates with the payment team on system issues and invoice payment status
• Collaborates with vendors for new vendor onboarding, responded to supply chain department inquiries, and created onboarding documentation
• Manages team expense claims and T&E processes
• Navigates the management system to obtain approvals at various levels, such as travel approval from management, and routing ePro approvals to necessary parties
• Monitores team CPD and CPT requirements
• Facilitates onboarding and offboarding for new internship staff
• Manages general office administrative duties, such as courier services, and collaborated with the FM office secretary on administrative updates
• Reminds the team of company policy updates
• Assisted Middle Office and MTN with invoice processing through ePro
• Provides support to the DCM team during Tracy’s absence in HK
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Support the Bond Syndicate GCNA team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
