About the role

Job Description:

The TPA Program Manager supporting development, initiatives, and activity for the TPA program

Are you ready to lead and transform how Fidelity works with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)? We’re seeking a visionary TPA Program Manager to drive and execute programmatic initiatives, service models, and communication with internal and external teams.  The Fidelity TPA Program is redefining how we collaborate with our TPAs, unlocking new efficiencies, and creating meaningful growth opportunities across the board.

This is not just a program or project role—it’s a builder’s role. You’ll be laying the foundation for a program that will shape the future of our TPA partnerships, bringing innovation, structure, and strategy to a space ripe for evolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and Execute TPA Program Initiatives
Help build a scalable, strategic framework for how we engage with TPAs—covering data, communication and marketing, and collaborative engagement.

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives
Launch and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster deeper alignment between TPAs and internal teams.

  • Create Growth Opportunities
Identify and implement pathways for TPAs to expand their capabilities and contributions, while helping our organization leverage their strengths more effectively.

  • Foster Collaboration
Develop tools, forums, and processes that bring TPAs closer to our business—encouraging transparency, shared goals, and mutual success.

  • Champion Innovation
Introduce new ideas, technologies, and workflows that challenge the status quo and elevate the TPA experience for all stakeholders.

  • Measure & Optimize
Develop data and support feedback loops to continuously assess program performance and make data-driven improvements.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in program management, TPA or advisor relationships, or operations—preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big and execute small.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for creating something new.

  • A collaborative spirit and a bias toward action, no matter how minor or major the job.

The Team

Fidelity Workplace Investing Sales is a collaborative and fast paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the TPA Program team and ultimately the selling teams to drive sales and grow long term relationships with TPAs, plan sponsors and trusted advisors. You will play a large role in supporting strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and inspiring business partners to accelerate Fidelity’s market growth with TPAs.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
