As a CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift on our CNC Manufacturing Team, you will operate lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts, monitoring multiple pieces of equipment for consistency and accuracy. This is an onsite position reporting to the Production Supervisor, where you will collaborate closely with fellow operators and quality assurance teams.

This is a 2nd shift position 2:30pm - 11pm M-F with overtime as per business need.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) equipment including lathes and milling machines.

  • Monitor multiple CNC machines and other auxiliary equipment.

  • Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

  • Check and document product specifications as determined by Quality Assurance and the Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience using calipers, micrometer, microscope, and other measuring tools.

  • Experience reading a blueprint

  • Basic math skills.

  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.

  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions:
