We are all about development and training at Specsavers, and our Clinical Trainer role works with our fantastic clinicians across the UK, supporting the development of clinical skills for our Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Audiology Practitioners. 

You’ll have the opportunity to support the development and design of training courses for all qualification levels and deliver engaging and exciting training sessions for our people.

 

If you’re a qualified Audiologist, we would love to hear from you, and if you have training and presenting experience well, that would be ideal too, but creativity, a love of learning, and helping people grow, are all we need!

  

Supporting the UK and ROI, this role involves some monthly travel for the delivery of training courses and connecting with our clinical teams.
