Commercial Relationship Specialist

The Commercial Relationship Specialist role will assist the customers and officers on day-to-day transactions on deposits and loans. 

 

How you will spend your time: 

• You will maintain loan perfection regarding payments, collateral, loan documentation, financials, entity documentation, loan research & assist w/ tracking and collecting of past dues, etc. 

• You will deposit account overdrafts, handling account-to-account transfers, researching transaction history, providing account statements & maintenance, assisting with fraud disputes (check, ACH/wire). 

• You will create/maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects. 

• You will assist with wires. 

• You will work closely with Treasury and the Commercial Officer regarding depository products for customers. (Gathering required documentation to facilitate account openings.) 

• You will provide administrative support for Commercial Officer (travel, expense reports). 

• Other duties as assigned.

• You have a high school education or equivalent. 

• You have 2 years of Commercial loan documentation processing experience. 

• You demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word). 

• You show excellent attention to detail. 

• You take pride in good verbal and written communication skills. 

• You demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands. 

• You display above average interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. 

• You have knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and corporate organizational documentation. 

• You are familiar of bank loan policy and regulatory compliance. 

Compensation Range:

$33,920.00 - $65,380.00
