We’re looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems that automate and augment critical workflows across the organization. Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of non-internship experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping products from concept to production.

    • RAG architectures and agentic workflows

    • Model fine-tuning and automated performance measurement

    • Data processing and orchestration workflows

    • Human-in-the-loop AI pipelines

Preferred

  • Security: Demonstrated ability to establish best practices for data security, particularly designing privacy guardrails for LLMs.

  • Compliance: Experience in highly regulated environments or healthcare data compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) is highly desirable.
