Asset Recovery Analyst

Position Purpose
Increase pool turn speed and reduce asset loss.
Major/Key Accountabilities - Reverse Logistics Execution
- Maintain a high level of service while meeting budgeted goals related to the collection of assets from an out-of-network supply chain
- Implement multilevel control programs to manage loss prevention and asset tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement of collection costs and service levels through effective monitoring of distributor back haul programs and LTL collections
- Work with internal stakeholders to share metrics and performance, as well as to build a better understanding of our relationship with customers and their specific needs for their supply chains
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training to other team members
- Resolve escalating / high-profile issues
- Lead and execute complex projects
- Collaborate with our transport and operations teams to find cost savings
- Travel to supply chain locations
Analysis
- Develop internal reporting and analysis to drive action with transportation, retailers, customers, and other nodes of our supply chain
- Own our team’s data and understand other teams’ data
- Report to leadership on KPIs with recommendations on how to improve areas of opportunity
- Other duties as assigned
Authority/ Decision Making
- Scope of data analysis and data used

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or other related degrees
- Proficient in MS Office, VBA experience a plus
Experience
- Minimum 1 year IFCO experience
- Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain and/or Transportation experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
- History of working in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Inventory Management experience preferred
- Prior experience with SAP
