This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer and responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and coaching a talented and growing team of sales professionals. If you thrive on delivering results, building scalable strategies, and leading with purpose in a fully remote, multicultural environment, we’d love to meet you.

- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives and Account Managers (currently 12 team members) across multiple countries in EMEA
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on deal support
- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reviews using Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the funnel
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align campaigns, upsell motions, and product feedback loops
- Drive rigorous sales execution: account planning, discovery, negotiation, and deal closure, particularly within SaaS, financial services, and healthcare verticals
- Identify and nurture top talent through ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and personal development plans
- Improve sales processes, enablement, and onboarding programs to support future team growth
- Use data and tools like Gong to track team performance, improve conversion rates, and coach based on customer interactions
You Must Have
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 4+ years leading Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams across EMEA
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience selling into SaaS, financial services and/or healthcare industries is a strong advantage
- Collaborate effectively within a partner-centric sales organization, working closely with strategic partners to co-sell, accelerate pipeline, and expand reach across key verticals and markets
- Excellent command of Salesforce, with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and dashboards
- Comfortable using Gong or similar tools to improve deal quality, coach reps, and gain customer insight
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution: able to design scalable plans and dive into deal cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
- A high level of business acumen, curiosity, and adaptability to thrive in a scale-up environment
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience in the localization, translation, or SaaS productivity industries
- Familiarity with account planning frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Background working with cross-functional teams to tailor go-to-market motions by segment or vertical
