Pay Rate:

$82,500 - $110,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making across the SpaceKraft business. It will also directly support our supply chain, sourcing, and product development teams with day-to-day process management. The ideal candidate is skilled in Power BI, has hands-on experience with IQMS (or similar ERP systems), and thrives in a fast-paced business environment where data and insight drive performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, financial, sales, and supply chain data to identify trends, uncover insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable business intelligence to stakeholders at all levels.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from IQMS and other sources to support reporting, daily management, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into data solutions, and track KPIs.
• Work closely with IT and business support to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and process efficiency within IQMS.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs from leadership and department heads.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis that improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and decision-making.

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• BS/BA in Related Field
• 3+ years’ experience with packaging applications
• Experience in the corrugated box industry or liquid liners is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or other data query languages a plus.
