Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 technician to join our team. This position requires candidates to have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and be able to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions to meet business needs.

Duty

System analysis: Collaborate with business departments to analyze and understand business needs, and provide suitable Dynamics 365 solutions.

Design and development: System design and customized development based on requirements, including workflow, plugins, reports, etc.

Implementation and Deployment: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Dynamics 365 system to ensure smooth system deployment.

System maintenance: Regularly perform system maintenance, handle system failures, and ensure the stable operation of the system.

User training: Provide training and technical support to customer IT users to ensure they are proficient in using the system.

• Document writing: Write detailed technical documents, including design documents, operation manuals, and user guides.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related fields.

Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Dynamics 365.

• Technical skills:

Proficient in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Familiar with customized development of Dynamics 365, including the use of technologies such as JavaScript, C #, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.

• Have experience in developing SQL Server and SSRS reports.

Familiar with Azure cloud services and have relevant application deployment experience.
