ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Accounts Receivable Specialist 
Location: Brewster, NY
Pay: $20-$25 per hour

On-Site / Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 5:00PM 

What You'll Do

• Process ACH transactions, credit card payments, cash, and check deposits accurately and on time
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and compliance
• Promote electronic payment methods and support customers with payment inquiries
• Assist with reporting, account reconciliations, and weekly task rotations across the AR department

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively
