About the role

Your RoleAre you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to HR Talent team and help us with the learning and development projects inside Affinity. What you will do
  • Learning and Development:
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
  • Identify the learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, and surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve our employee development.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Review and improve the transversal onboarding of the company implementing the feedback from the onboarding surveys.
    • Identify key moments of the employee journey where enhancements can be made to optimize the overall experience. 
  • Trainees community activation.
  What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish. 
  • Strong ability to work with LMS.
  • You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
