Customer Service Supervisor - Port Saint Lucie, FL

 

SUMMARY:  

The Customer Service Supervisor manages geographically a dispersed team under the general supervision of the Call Center Customer Service Manager and is responsible for the coordination of the Call Center Customer Service Team.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned.

• Recruiting, hiring, managing operational staff as needed to established key performance indicators that ensure ABC's success. This will include patient service teams from referral to shipment for both new patient enrollment and reorders.
• Ensuring all operational KPI's are consistently met department-wide.
• Developing and managing talent to ensure ABC has a strong foundation to support future growth strategies.
• Commitment to personal development to ensure enhanced leadership and communication skills.
• Resolving patient complaints and concerns.
• Assist with implementing training programs to ensure patient satisfaction expectations are at least met.
• Any other tasks or deliverables that are assigned to you by the management team as they see appropriate.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Analytical skills required
3. Professional communication skills/conduct
