Location: Arden Park Post Acute – Sacramento, CA
Pay: $63–$70/hr, DOE
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do:
Deliver personalized therapy treatments to short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate residents and families on continued care strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Valid California Physical Therapist license
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Team player with a resident-first mindset
