The Impact You Will Have:
As the Director, ERP, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our ERP software can scale sustainably and rapidly. You will focus on aligning the systems with our business processes to meet the company's needs, growth trajectory, and long-term strategy. This position involves leading and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems, including Oracle Fusion and Workday. These systems are responsible for the day-to-day operations of various functions such as finance, HR, and supply chain management, both domestically and internationally. You will facilitate improved efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy across departments, enabling faster decision-making and supporting the organization's north star strategy and operational goals. By collaborating with various leaders and stakeholders, you will understand the gaps, risks, and requirements to deliver and execute against the evolving needs of the business, driving toward the long-term strategy and vision.
What You Will Do:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – Workday: Full Suite and Oracle Fusion to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
Collaborate with VPs, business leaders and various organizations to identify gaps, mitigate risk, understand requirements, design solutions, and customize ERP functions to meet organizational needs and growth.
Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations with clear communication and transparency.
Develop and enforce best practices and policies for ERP system usage, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations both domestically as well as internationally.
Lead the change management efforts and execution of training for users on the ERP systems, ensuring redundancy and continuity, creations of user manuals and training materials to facilitate effective use of the systems.
Standardize the methodology, processes and key performance analytics for the various teams to provide leadership with clear analytics to make business decisions faster, end users with trusted data, provide more effective and efficient completion of projects and reduce the disruption time to provide faster and better solutions to the business.
Analyze business processes and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements or new functionalities.
Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants on system customization, integration, and updates, managing contracts and negotiations to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, strategy development, transformation, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex ERP projects both domestically as well as internationally.
