Server: Full Service Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Full Service Restaurant Food Server to join our team. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables

- Take customer orders and provide suggestions when asked

- Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and handle any complaints or issues that arise

- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

- Clean and reset tables for the next customers

- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests

We are a casual dining restaurant, locally owned and operated in New Orleans. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Shifts include day and evening, plus weekends.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Food Server in a full-service restaurant setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and practices
