About the Role
This is a temporary position for the Digital Inclusion Grant. This position oversees a portfolio of Digital Access Integration program management, driving CHNW digital inclusion support to health centers integrating digital navigation infrastructure. This role develops and executes workplans to support health centers planning, data collection and analysis, and sustainability planning. The Program Manager – Digital Access Integration coordinates across the project team and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and support for the Digital Inclusion Initiative and provides analysis to support sustainability, a key component of the digital inclusion strategy.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Have 1+ years of experience in healthcare and program administration.
- Have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health or Health Administration) or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience.
- Have experience in leading multiple complex projects related to strategic initiatives, systems, and business development.
- Have experience in program development, technical support, or a similar role.
Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages cross functional projects to advance strategy and/or program development.
- Works with the Department lead and other relevant leads to ensure project goals, and workplan and tracking process.
- Provides regular communication and monitors progress to timeline and goals.
- Coordinates and manages complex research and analysis, including environmental conditions, trends, policy, processes and research/ best practices to recommend solutions to develop innovations and/or integrated programs and strategy.
- Facilitates stakeholder engagement in external systems and strategy forums; coordinates input across relevant departments to identify key priorities, communications, track key deliverables and coordinate follow-up
- Prepares proposals, briefing documents, presentations, reports, applications, budgets and/or other documents associated with moving work plans forward. Working with communications and administrative support team members, assure effective systems related to program/project work and other communication tools and practices are in place.
- Responsible for development and management of contracts or grants.
- Provides ongoing monitoring and process improvement for implemented CHC data collection and program areas to support sustainability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret, evaluate and formulate action plans based upon data.
- Effective organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with and collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health care providers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to present in a group setting.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support research efforts and evaluate program effectiveness.
