Service Parts II - 1st Shift - $20.10/hour

Work Flexibility: Onsite

1st Shift - Monday through Friday 5:30 AM until 2 PM

What you will do: 

• Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, and/or inspect electrical and mechanical components, hardware, subassemblies, and assemblies on single or multiple product lines

• Communicate individual inventory needs for work center

• Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times

• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required

• Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety and preventative maintenance programs, strives for cost reduction, and commits to on time, complete, and error free shipments

• Assembles cartons and containers and prepares products for shipment in accordance with domestic, international and/or customer specifications

• Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area

• Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications

• Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria

• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends  

What you need: 

• High School Diploma or GED - preferred

• 0+ years experience required

• Experience in fast paced environments, manufacturing, or inventory management beneficial
