Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Executes an overarching messaging strategy, related content strategy, and calendar. Creates content for digital, email, social, and event channels, ensuring overall alignment of the brand story. Delivers communications, messaging, and presentations for events and speaking engagements. Works cross-functionally with design, sales enablement, internal communications, and legal teams to execute content assets and campaigns. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Develops content for website, blog, email, social, video, and event channels to drive engagement with target audiences.
Writes and edits articles, marketing emails, social posts, scripts, and presentations according to brand and style guidelines. Contributes to the production of visual and multimedia assets.
Manages content calendars and review workflows with marketing, SMEs, and legal to ensure on-time delivery and compliance adherence of content assets and campaigns.
Establishes relationships with SMEs and conducts interviews and research, synthesizing key insights and data to drive content strategy and development.
Creates social media content and manages social media calendar to support overall marketing goals.
Supports earned and paid media campaigns to achieve business objectives and key results.
Collaborates with creative and research vendors to support marketing projects.
Stays abreast of content marketing industry trends and makes recommendations for content optimizations.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics.
2+ years of experience with Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related.
4+ years of experience with Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related.
In lieu of education, 4+ years of experience with Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related.
Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, or related field
A portfolio of published writing and content samples
Basic understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and public relations
Experience or interest in payment services and financial services
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
Organizational awareness: understanding of key partners; ability to collaborate and communicate
Interest in developing expertise in new topics and a curiosity to learn
Confidence creating and adhering to processes and workflows to maintain operational excellence in a highly regulated environment

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
