Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience with program leadership preferred.
- Ability to ask probing questions to gain a sufficient understanding of the project or situation.
- Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task multiple projects or multiple phases of a specific project.
- Aptitude to create process efficiencies that will reduce costs.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a succinct manner, both verbally and written, with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Also fosters open communication by listening to others.
- Process-oriented: detailed understanding of program management methodologies, system development lifecycle, infrastructure best practices and adhering to firm processes and guidelines.
- Tool competency: effectively utilizes enterprise project management tools (e.g. project plans, flow charts and timelines).
- Prior Commercial Real Estate experience
- Prior Fortune 500 Sourcing or Vendor Relationship Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certifications
- Membership in corporate/commercial real estate industry organization(s) is preferred, but not required.
- This individual will be expected to stay current in the industry and to bring construction management best practices to the team.
