Part-Time Event Staff

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet Guests and Patrons
• Provide event information to Guests.
• Abide by set instructions as dictated by supervisor.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in an orderly manner, as instructed by Supervisor.
• Completes special assignments for the Supervisor – Public Areas and above as requested.
• Reports maintenance needs to Supervisor.
• Reports emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma, GED, or comparable experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and stack.  Must be able to walk on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, and crowds. 
• Must be able to work in all types of weather including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
