Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.
Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.
Job Description:
Lincoln International is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join its Global Marketing Team in Chicago reporting to the Chicago based Chief Marketing Officer. This person will lead the strategy and project management of key marketing campaigns for three of the firm’s service lines (Valuations & Opinions, Capital Advisory, Private Funds Advisory), ensuring business objectives are realized, efficiencies are realized and best practices are shared across groups in pursuit of strengthening the groups’ and firm’s brands.
This role requires a good ability to listen without diagnosing, creativity and curiosity, and the ability to flex between varied needs and styles of group heads. It also requires a keen ability to connect similar goals and initiatives to drive maximum efficiency of resource use and spend.
Roles & Responsibilities:
We envision the Senior Digital & Marketing Manager will be initially tasked with the following:
- Acts as primary point of contact into the Global Marketing Team for three product groups, understanding their unique marketing objectives and needs and leading cross-disciplinary teams within the marketing organization and with external agencies to execute against respective group priorities
- Oversees all aspects of marketing projects and calendar for groups including scope, identifying points of leverage, timelines, budget, quality, ROI, and communication to stakeholders’ fullest satisfaction and in line with the firm’s overall brand and marketing strategies
- Create and lead the execution of project plans and revise as appropriate to meet continuously changing needs of the business
- Identify meaningful connections and similarities across groups’ strategic priorities to accelerate activity, measure and report on results, and share marketing best practices across the groups
- Ideate on new approaches, consider where concepts can be scaled to benefit the whole firm, and bring firm-level resources and ideas forward to build stronger group and individual brands
- Tap into resources of the team to generate integrated marketing programs that come to life across platforms
- Act as point of escalation internally and with partners for any issues that may arise
- Keep track of lessons learned and share with internal team members
- Lead development of decks, meetings and presentations as needed<
