In Talent Acquisition, we aim to raise the bar on how we attract world class talent to Pandora across all our global functions. We are an international and dynamic team of professionals with freedom to manage our own areas while having a lot of fun, and we have an informal tone while delivering superior results. As an International Recruiter, you will help the business attracting and selecting the greatest talent from all over the world. You will establish great relationships with stakeholders within the organisation and support in creating the best person-career fit. Furthermore, you will: 

 

  • Lead A-Z recruitment activities within your dedicated area - office and retail;
  • Drive innovative and high-quality sourcing and recruitment strategies; 
  • Design, develop, and own our recruitment products – this includes all recruitment policies, processes, and systems on a global basis as well as EVP/Branding and data; 
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure best in class advisory to hiring managers and functional leaders; 
  • Raise the bar on hiring world class talent; 
  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Communications, Talent, Performance and Rewards, etc. on key strategic initiatives

To succeed in this role, you are an accomplished recruitment specialist with a passion for identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent. Your work ethic is strong, and you are a team player who excels in building relationships across the organisation. You are a big believer in opportunities that happen when collaboration is at the centre of everything you do. Further to this, we hope to see that you have or can demonstrate:  

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search/Headhunting or similar 
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Marketing, Strategy or similar 
  • Experience from retail and consumer-oriented sectors is considered an advantage 
  • Ability to operate at pace in an evolving and fast developing organisation  
  • Ability to operate autonomously and flexibly 
  • Structure and ability to organise your priorities in an efficient and effective way
